Selling My Tank

I upgraded my tank from a 40 gallons to a 120 in February.
Since then my son is supposed to take my old tank.
If I keep waiting my hair will be all grey and still the tank will be sitting here.
Here's what I have:
- 40 gallons breader tank (reef ready) with Stand (no scratches)
- ETSS Reef Devil skimmer ($252,00 originaly) with a GX 4100 Pump
($50.00 originaly)
- Coralife Light 36" Aqualight Pro1 - 150 W HQI 2 65W Actinics 2 Blue
Moonlight LED's ($415.00 Originally)
- 15 Gallons Sump.
- Pumps (return and current)
- 40 pounds of live rock (some aptatias on it)
- Live sand
