Hmmm not being a party pooper or anything but i thought we didn't do the whole "Pm me your offer" type thing here. It's not eBay...I think you list it for sale at your asking price and not have people PMing you offers cause no one knows what the other person is bidding.

If you're going to sell it post a thread with a price and go from there. JMO.
