New World has the spotted mandarin for $29.99. Very small though.

The ones at Fish Town are Green Mandarins. I got 2 of them. I've been looking for them, so thanks for the tip.

The Spotted Mandarin is also sometimes called Psychedelic Mandarins.

I hope you guys have em coming out the wazooo cause your spotted of mandarin will die without them. Also, these are an expert care fish and can't stand hig tank levels -

I have had mine since I first bought my tank in Feb 2002 - it survived 2 fishocides and the transition to my new 92 corner - so, like I said FWIW

They have a few mandarins at Bklyn Zoo and Aquariums on Ralph Ave. Pretty crappy store, but they might have the mandarin you're looking for.

Got him!!! I saved the lil bugger from Pet Land yesterday. I acclimated him slowly and he's loving his new digs.

I trained mine to eat dry pellet food. next I think I try to get him to roll over and fetch.
