Coral Free to a newbie

I did just join yesterday, but I've been lurking in nano-reefs and here via friends. I started an IM Peninsula 14 in August. Never had a fish tank prior to August of this year. I just put in an AI Prime HD (13) (upgraded from Orbit Marine LED). Also added a IM 7203 Ghost Skimmer and a spinstream. With the help of the some friends and several local purchases from reefers and a local shop, I have started what I think is a very nice small tank. But I am 100% a noob. Learning as I go and enjoying the new hobby thoroughly.

Goni hasn’t grown much but is doing well. I think it just needs more time to adjust to my tank. The frogspawn is really puffy and getting puffier everyday

Newbie here with algae problem


I’m a newbie so I will probably kill all those awesome corals .

Put me in the contest I will try my best to take care of them .

Although I have a obvious algae problem things don’t die but my fish do disappear if anyone can help me with that .

In weeks time . Lost the following


Lost new shrimp
Two nee tangs gone no bodies
Sea hare missing also .

As you see newbie losing fish

Then same time other fish been fine clowns fight though .

thank you all i did was get it cut out of vinyl and put it on the back of the tank then paint the whole back of the tank with black so it can stand out, had to move all the rocks so you can see it
