New to reefing!
I have a rainbow anemone I'd say about 4 or 5 inch wide when open. As well as a green leather. They are currently on a plastic skull. I'd like to see if anyone would like to trade for something a bit more my level(beginner). I'd attempt to keep but tbh the skull in my nano is just to big.

Have you tried to remove them from the skull?
i have not attempted to remove from skull.
the leather has about a 4 to 5 inch leg which is so attached to the skull i know it would die if i try to remove.
the rainbow i really dont want becuase of the other corals im placing in the tank. i also dont have a big tank. its a 43 gal

IMO, you could cut the leather’s ‘leg’ with a razor blade and it should survive… the little bit left on the skull will probably grow into another ‘clone’ of the original.

so bare with me because im new but essentially your say to take a razor and cut through the leg and it should survive? Do you have a suggested length back from the head to make the cut? Id really like to keep the leather its a great size and does look beautiful.
