Just noticed that unfortunately my fish seemed to have caught a disease - looks like velvet from quick research. There is not much I can do at the moment - I don't have the expertise / setup / or time to quarantine and attempt to treat at the moment. Not sure how it happened as no new livestock has been added to the tank in a while.

If someone skilled wants to attempt to treat and save the fish I'd obviously prefer to give them away rather than watch them die.

I have the following fish in the tank:

2 Clownfish
Melanurus Wrasse
Coral Beauty
Banggai Cardinal
Purple Dottyback

Picture of the current condition of the clownfish attached. Some of the fish seem affected while others are not showing signs at the moment.
