I have a 40 gallon tank in my basement that I don't want. It has an "oak trim" and a metal stand. I'm the second person to own it, so I don't suggest using it for a reef tank. If anyone can build me a stand for my 7 gallon minibow, I'd trade the tank and stand for it. I live in Bayside, Queens. Thanks.

Regards,
Dora

Hi Dora There is a guy on this board named FRY (Frank) lives in Greenpoint. I have seen his work and its phenominal. perhaps you may want to shoot him a PM to see if he could get a stand together for your 7 gal.

Hi Frank,

Ok, I suck at doing diagrams so here's basically what I want...

A black 40 inch high enclosed stand with a door in front and no back wall so that I can put a top-off bucket under the tank. The top-off bucket will be a typical 5-gallon bucket. I would also like a shelf above the bucket to hold my food, nets, etc. The base of length of the stand should be 18 inches and the width should be 14 inches. Umm... I think that's about it. Do you need anything else? I assume you know better than me what wood to use and what kind of paint. Thank you!

Dora
