I was wondering if anyone had an anemone they wanted to sell?
My saddle clown fish are looking very lost and need a house.
I am looking for a smallish, hardy anemone that doesnt roam around endlessly until it is sucked into something or kills everything else in the tank.
I dont need anything too exotic as i have limited funds

I have heard that these anemones are a little difficult to keep,
what kind of setup do you have it under? lights, flow etc.
Does it tend to stay in one place or does it roam around?
Its maybe a little larger than i need but how much do you want for it?
Cheers, Aaron

Nice Anemone Stephen,
I havent heard of HID lights, what are they? I have 175W MH and three actinic PC's is this a comperable setup?
I definately interested, though i'd hate to buy it and kill it.

HID just mean high intensity discharge....
3 lights fall in this category HPS (high pressure sodium), MH (metal halide) and MV (mercury vapor).

I run Iwasaki HID which is MV rather than MH. 6500k.

Yeah that light set up is definitely compatible. I had only 2X96 watt PC lights for 6 months. And he is/was doing great. I just recently upgraded my lights to one 250w Iwasaki and 2X96 PC.

My two clown fish love him. They rather go into him rather than the green bubble tip anemone. They spend all their time in him.

Stephen, I definitely want your anemone, However if you dont mind I cant collect it for a couple of weeks as things are currently insane at work and i dont have time to organise my tank to make space for it. Would it be possible to hang on to it for a couple of weeks?
Regards, Aaron
