I would defend for him because you will have to pay higher retail in NY.
His price may not fit someone who like to order on the web and let the trucking company make the money instead of the retailer. But it may fit someone who is in his area and will meet him for frag swap anyway.
Another guy was quote a ground shipping fee of $35 for 1 pint + something from the web that sells these items below some retailers' cost.
