30gal oceanic RR Cube

Hey all,
So after much deliberation I decided to sell the cube and stick with one tank for a bit. I will sell with the rock and sand or without. I am also willing to part out. I would like to get $300 for everything (everything = sand, rock, canopy, tank and stand). If you want individual pricing please let me know. The tank had an algae problem so if I were you I would probably cook the rock first.

Just so that everyone knows...there are 2 x 36watt pc lights in the canopy. One is actinic. The canopy and stand I will sell for $150

Not clear what is being bumped Custom king spoke for rock and sand
and pnoy spoke for tank and stand.
Just in case the tank & stand are still available I'm interested?
