URGENT Relocation Sale of GREAT NANO

Dear MR friends
I have to relocate out of the country for a great opportunity, and I have to give up the reefing while I am there. That means that I have to sell off my nano tank
It is over 2 yrs old mature and with some incredible corals in it.
12 Gallon Aquapod
150W Metal Halide Pendant with a 3 month old 10K bulb ( 2 pin)
12Gallon Saphire Aquatics nano protein skimmer (Works GREAT)
50W Haier heater
Assorted Tests (bought them for about 200bucks)
2 Extra pumps
10 Gallon AGA tank ( I used it for copepods) clean now
20lbs of sand
20 lbs of live rock well seasoned with
5 inch long pink sinularia (Vic's famous pulsating sinularia with about 12 fingers)
100 polyp cat's eye zoa on a live rock (Ronen's)
30 headed bubble gum pink zoas on rock (Ronen's) rock has some xenia
3 inch wide green ricordia ( 2yrs old)
60 headed merletti coral (Mike Chang's) delicate pink with bright green center
50 headed ppl eater polyp ( Ronen's)
6 lb fiji rock with natural cave formation completely covered in Green star polyp and protoplay's ( one of my first frags that keeps on spreading)
Antellia's
Silver pulsating xenias
about 10 heads of Eagle eye on the sinularia rock
about 4 or 5 large red mushroms
a blue damsel
assorted snails and hermits

I will post pics tomorrow, as I just found out that i have to be out of the country by the end of the month.

I want to sell all as a set $400 takes everything

Yes, I know I can make more if I part. Some of the Corals you could get more than 100 bucks.
But, is like giving up your children and let the twins be separated, lol.
I am going to Guatemala and manage some construction projects there.
