The bulbs are all brand new!! Everything is included (docking mounts, haning kit, two timers, moon lights, fans). I can ship at cost or we can meet somewhere. I bought this lighting setup a few days ago, but it is too wide for my 46 bowfront(bad research on my part). These lights looked great on my tank(corals were glowing). I just have no way to hang them or mount on my tank, so I need to downgrade to something that will fit my tank. I will consider a trade.
