Steve, this looks like the EuroReef ES5-3, is that a typo? Does not look like a EuroReef 8-3.

you right... its a Euro-Reef ES5-3 with Sedra 3500 and it has a 24", 10"x8.5" footprint, rated for tanks up to 100 gallons.
