Wow!! I just bought a 180 Gallon from Peter Loveras- he had sold off most of his Corals - I'm buying 475 of Live Rock -good quality from a guy in Walden, NY. Gr8t price but its going to cost me $350 to get it here.
I'm just starting my tank up on Saturday 9/27 after not being into it for over 15 years. I'm a noob all over again - So I forgot most everything. Pete is going to help me set it up per our agreement and I'm going to hire a guy to maintain it 2 times a month until I'm comfortable with everything. My tank is going to ROCK- I bought some great fish off another guy including a Rare Black Tang- I should have upwards of 40 fish -mixed large and small. The type of Coral I'm interested in, are ones that will work well with a population of Fish. I'm going to have tangs, angels,clown fish, watanabeis etc.
I'm open to suggestions and help from you. I would want to be putting in most of the stuff on Saturday so the fish will not be to stressed out. Please call me to discuss your time schedule.
I live in Staten Island -travel to you not a problem.
