Im giving away this light fixture that is about 3 years old, i only used it for about 3 month's when it was given to me, not sure how old the bulbs's are but they seem really bright to me,there is no ballast. first person to reply with intent to pick up right away. it's all your's and dont pm me with alot of question's about the light, it's free.
