I'm planning on upgrading this to 25 watt version which is the reason I'm selling it. I just replaced the ballast for it not even two weeks ago (have proof of it) and the bulb as well it's not even a month old and I'm also including a brand new bulb that's still in the box.....Asking $100 (less than the price for that new ballast and 2 bulbs) Thanks for your time.
