Help!! Looking for Green Monti Cap

Hello everyone

I'm looking for anyone who may have gotten one of my green monti cap frags over the last 2 to 3 years. I just lost mine last month and I'm hoping to find a cutting of it again.

Also, I'm not sure if anyone remembers Giovanni from here but it was the same green cap he had in his tank.

So if anyone has a cutting please let me know.

i have few peices of small frags if you dont mind for free.
but mine is just a reguler Purple rim.

Thanks, I already have a purple rim. I'm kind of partial to this solid green one that I'm looking for. I had it for 3 years and it had a thick solid plate to it. Unlike the my purple rim and orange that have a thin plate to it.

I think Jackson has a green one now. He used to have a really green one before he setup his new tank & gave it up.

How about a trade for some of my orange/red one for some green. GiuseppeDC one way or another if I get it I will share with you & hope you do the same.

i got a small frag from jim at the swap(sm vers of josh's pic)...but unfortunatly its alittle smallto frag...unless a chip will do

That one has a purple tip.

That's an encrusting one. Looks cool may want to trade you for a small frag once it gets a bit bigger.

Sorry, I wish I had it. I know Giovanni still receives email from this site, so you may want to talk to him via PM to get an ID on it. I know he shut his tank down, so I have to wonder if that sp. is even in the area now.

I have attached some pics of the same sp. (fragged) that was in his tank early on. This is the same coral, I hope it helps you with the ID.

It's a great coral. Mine had got huge.. but it just died out on me last month.

I'm waiting to hear back from someone I gave some frags of it about 3 months ago. I hope he still has some left.
