You Never Want To Put A Chiller Under The Cabinet Especially If You Have A Sump Under There, A Chiller Needs An Area To Vent The Hot Air Coming Out Of The Back

Depending on your set up, you can always put it next to the stand. Thats what i did when I was used it, my sump & skimmer took up all the room in the stand.
