Huge Carpet Anenome FS at Aquarium Adventure

I was at aquarium adventure today and saw this huge beautiful carpet anenome... $75 for their fish club members $100 for non (its real cheap $6 for a year or $25 for a lifetime). I should have taken a picture... it was really nice!

yeah they are, the mark up is insane but being its a fish only oriented store that's massive they need to keep their prices at the high end. Most pet stores stay afloat by selling dog and cat goods with a fish section that brings in a minimal profit in comparison

Ive been to an AA out in Chicago, and they actually had alot of reptile, cat & dog stuff for sale. That includes puppies! Which is something I am really against. Puppies should only be purchased from reputable breeders... but thats just me.

I agree their prices are high.... just letting everyone know... I stopped by there tonight... It's still there although its Tentavles are suctioning.... still getting acustomed to its new surroundings!

Seriously though, from what I understand the big diff. between the two is that the Greenwich Ct. store is superbly maintained.:splitspin

i just saw it today. I live right by AA and wanted to check out their tanks. (Looking to downgrade..) and the carpet is a mix of light green and off white. The mouth doesn't look great. I honestly wouldn't buy it.

I would not buy anything from there. The prices are high and the maintenance is terrible.. All the coral is brown. That is what happens when you fire all the people that care

I don't think I saw anyone there who knew what they were talking about. I had some young guy tell me that the salt I was buying wasn't good and that his bucket of salt lasted for two years (because it was superior to mine!).... I only go there as a last option.

I have seen blue green damsels priced for $34 there

Also, mandarin goby for $50
