Less than 300GPH if you meant at 5' head.

i jus measured it its about 4 feet i guess of head. im talking from the sump up to my main tank. so i guess with 4 ft going by the link u left is 400gph is that good for a 75g tank or do i want more. im going to be using one regular overflow.
