I am breaking apart my 155 gallon tank; I have about 200-300 pounds of live rock and about 150 pounds of live sand. 90% of the rock is great quality and is purple coralline algae encrusted liverock, with lots of caves, pockets, ledges, some very large pieces (30+ pounds each) approx 25 pieces, great rock!
Great addition to your tank, great for someone that is looking to get into the hobby or an enthusiast that is looking to upgrade some of his rock.
The rock and sand are separately sitting in barrels in my basement with a heater, pump and air.
In the picture is one of the base rocks that I have its about 30+ pounds, and as you can see it has a bunch of purple coralline on it.
I am not interested in parting out the rock, or the sand. If you want you it you have to take either all of the rock or all of the sand or both.

Sand - $200 OBO
