Title pretty much explains it all. It was custom made for a 30g tank that I'm also selling. Never got a chance to use the tank but did turn on the light. The reflector is in near mint condition and has a nice width, 11''. Strongest PC light output Ive seen. One cord, 2 switches, no fan. One bulb is out. Bought setup from a store called the Reef Tank that went out of business but from what I hear, it was a nice set up while it was up and running.
