I do not know the model I'll have to look at it to see if it is on the fixture. I got it early last year. The guy who had it said he had it for a year and a half and used it for 8 months.

Judging from the usage time, I'd say either H4 or I4.
Does it have a 20k look or more of a 12k look when the lights are on?
