Hi,
I'm selling my remora pro since it's just collecting dust in the closet. The unit has been out of commision for a while ever since i upgraded to the euroreef. It's in excellent condition with one minor blemish. The collection cup was chipped as you can see in the picture. it was glued back and i applied a coat of silicone for extra measure. it does not interfere with anything since the holding screw is below the line.
I have 2 options. You can buy the skimmer for $160 which includes the standard rio 1400 and a practically new mag5. The mag5 was only run for like 2 weeks last year while i was on vacation to feed a chiller, after that it was taken out since that chiller was replaced.
The other option is you can take it for $140 without the mag5. The rio works fine except it sometimes binds when you turn it on/off. It is common amongst those pumps. A little nudge usually gets it going. Personally that's something i don't like dealing with, but it's up to you. If you have a pump laying around, then it's perfect.
It was cleaned in vinegar as shown in the pics to ensure that the injector is also clean.
I also have a few of those heavy duty timers for sale at $3 each. I took these out after i got the controller.
I have a free bag of tubing, it's assorted. Probably good if you need small pieces for hooking up pumps, etc in the sump. Included is about 3 feet of
1 1/2 flexible pvc.
The pics are in my gallery if interested.
