Is a standard 10 gallon big enough for a sea horse tank ,, do they need a sand bed ,, and will a hob filter be enough filtration ???

10gl tank is enough for just one seahorse. It doesnt need much sand bed but it better to have it to keep sea grass to grap on & grown. HOB filter is fine but not too much flow though.
