10gl tank is enough for just one seahorse. It doesnt need much sand bed but it better to have it to keep sea grass to grap on & grown. HOB filter is fine but not too much flow though.

you dont think he could find a dead spot somewhere in your 150? like a cavern or cave he can chill at, from what ive seen in seahorses that they dont swim around much
