comes with all four bulbs, two actinic and 2 daylight.
the brand is called Odesyea, or something like that, its not name brand, but it works it fine, several people from MR have this fixture.
the only thing, that has started not to long ago is that there is a huuum from one of the built in fans.
he only way i have found to end this, is to not push the switch all the way down, i know this is a PITA so ill include a free, timer, so you can just plug it in, set it, and never have to worry about anything.
