Goodness this is getting ridiculous. To the OP who is giving it away... he just joined this forum and there's vultures already flying around. Let him decide who he gives it to. My 2 cents (although many won't care)

1. If you are going through tough times right now... is an upgrade really the right way to go? Last time I checked you have to spend more money.

2. I wouldn't turn this into a bidding war because that's how the thread will get closed.

3. I feel it should be a person who wants an upgrade that gets it and thinks a little assistance is cool (where he isn't going through tough times but it would be convenient).

I think the guy should add everyones name into a hat and pull out a name and whoever gets it gets it. That way everyone gets a chance to get it. But again it is his tank and he can give it to whoever he wants to.

Wow I did not think it was going to be this crazy over my comment. Everyone put in their 2 cents and so did I. Whoever he wants to give it to then fine. I honestly don't care. I was simply saying something like this would be awesome for someone who is new and help them out because we all know alot of people do not do salt water because of the price tag, or someone who is ready to advance into a larger set up. I feel someone who has a full set up or been reefing for awhile does not need something like this. If anything they are just taking it because its free then not ever using it or end up re selling it and making a profit over something that the guy tried doing a nice deed over. If how I feel is wrong then fine, sorry and ignore what I said, but we are all aloud our comments and express our feelings and that's how i feel. Sorrrrrryyyyy i thought my idea was nice to help newbies.

WOW I started quite a thread! haha.
Certainly my intention is always to help the community! MR helps folks whenever possible, just like ive gotten help many times in the past, im returning the favor now.

As I dont want to start an arbitrary process of vetting who is "worthy" of getting the stuff, I want to be as fair as possible and give it to the first person to respond. INNEED hit me up within a minute of that first post so he gets the goods!

That's a good dude right there. Im a new jack and I'm gathering parts for my setup but I feel someone brand new that should get it. Just my thoughts. The op is also a good guy in my book.

I must say that it is a very generous gesture that this was given away for free. It is sad that this has been given to someone known to cause controversy and seems to try and rip others off for their money. I have seen him try and sell products he never seemed to have and purchase products from members like me, and offer rediculously low prices. Regardless, it was a nice deed even if it went to someone who doesn't need or necessarily deserve it.
