I am going to buy some latex paint for the walls around the sump today, I should have done this before installing everything but oh well. I need to think about ventilation. 14. James's supercharged 120 build

How you like that title! I took the same over the top obsession with cars into my reef hobby on my 120 upgrade. To me, my sump is my V8, and the filtration the supercharger! (And like both, if something can break, it will.) Little bio on my reef history for those who care: (nothing build...
  15. how does this plumbing look?

I think I agree with looping the manifold into the return on the display but I didn't do it because the manifold is 3/4" not 1" like the rest of the return. Is it better to keep the 3/4" manifold on its own Tee and continue the 1" to the top of the tank? Or better to go from 1" into the 3/4"...
  16. how does this plumbing look?

I thought thats what a water break hole was for on the return near the display
  17. how does this plumbing look?

I was wondering if I would be better off not Cap'ing the end of the manifold and just run the flow straight through the manifold into the display.
