I've been using it every so often ..haven't noticed anything diffremt in the tank but that could also be cause I see the tank everyday too..
But did read somewhere that if you use it too much will increase your nitrates and phosphates not sure how true that is ...

That's what I do with my tank. I have some NPS so it may be 3x though. Have noticed some pretty nice zoa/paly growth and my Black Sun Coral that didn't grow any new heads has 4 new ones in the past couple of weeks. Been using the pearls for about 6 weeks. Haven't noticed any nitrate or phosphate spikes either but I really don't feed much of it. A little bit goes a long way.
