I'm stuck on what to do. I have a really happy and healthy sunburst nem that is the center piece of my 30g cube. He's gotten too big and killing off my surrounding SPS. What to do?

I would just sell it but my clowns are hosting it.

Do I take a razor and split it? or move the SPS and destroy the months of encrusting.

I have 2 mp10s so I'm also worried about them sucking up the nem if I move it

I would leave it, and move the sps. im biased in this situation.

Dont razor it, you have a chance of losing both halfs if infection sets in.

Also get covers for the MP10s.

i sold mine for the same reason. it kept getting bigger, and i kept moving coral. it seemed to stretch further and further. after it killed a big sps colony and the fear of it going in a power head, it had to go. your clowns will be fine. but its your preference.

Taking the razor might split it, but it could make it move anyways and then walk into your mp10's. I feel if the anemone is settled, then just move the SPS, otherwise you never know where the anemone will settle next, might be right on top of the SPS.
