My SPS Did NOT Like My Vacation...Need Advice

I'm pretty new to SPS, and therefore pretty new to SPS problems. Most of my stock is fine. But, I believe due to an Alk swing, I lost two birdsnests while I was away over the holidays, and I have a stylo and a monti setosa with a few bleached tips growing a little bit of algae on them. Water params are in check now, and the corals seem to have stabilized. My question is, do I clip off the algae covered tips, or wait and see if the problem resolves itself? What do you guys think?

I would leave it. Don't stress them out anymore. It will grow over the dead spots.

The tips that have algae are they in direct water flow cause its sounds like they might be and not from alk swing.

When I have something that has bleached and algae is starting to cover it, I just clip it.
