Anybody seen this weird growth in Mille's before?

So noticed this blue growth nodule on what I thought was just a regular pink millepora. It looks like a blue tumor, and the polyps are lighter in color in that area as well. Thought it was weird and wanted to show it and see what others had to say about it.

Thanks jackson but it's not bubling, I've I that before and know what it looks like. Its a ball of calcerous growth.

looks to me like it's about to form a few new growth tips in that area

I realize this likely isn't the case, but could another coral or something else have burned it, or did this slowly come about on its own? How did it come to be like this?

It's not close enough to another acro to be hurt by one. I did notice this all of a sudden though. But i dont look in my frag tank that often.
