just added a doser. I have a basic question

I use a calcium reactor in my system that drips 24/7 and i just added a Doser that delivers the needed additional amounts of cal, alk, and mag as well as vodka. My question is whats the preferable time when the chemicals should be added? lights on or off befor or after lights? please advise! thanks

i dose my ca throughout the day, split up into 6 doses every 4 hours. i dose my Alk at 6 intervals also, but more in the evening hours to help combat ph swings from the lights being off. i dose 4 of the doses during lights out and 2 during the day. always making sure the doses are at different times than the ca to avoid precipitation. also i dose ca in my 3rd schamber of my sump and alk in the first chamber near the output of the skimmer to help dissolve the alk without precipitation in stagnant/calmer water. My Mg doses once every week no particular time of day, think it goes in round noon.
