ive been using t5's for about 4 of my 5 yr's in the hobby, might seem more blue if you are running a higher color temp more towards 20k, i run 4 icecap twilights { 20k } 3 icecap 14k 1 giesman antic , id say my over all color is more towards 18k, brand of fixture does matter with t5's

your tank is amazing what am i doing wrong i have a bright green acro under mh and now its a blue acro?

Do you mean it appears blue under the t5's or it changed from green to blue?
If it changed from green to blue that's a good thing :) Green is the most common coral color that you can get.

my cali tort went from a green with some blue to a blue with barely a hint of green with my led lights that are way brighter acording to a par meter than my 150 mh with cheap reflectors were .Maybe the higher light intensity has something to do with it in my case

IME you will get a green tint to your corals in lower light and or a higher nutrient level. The shaded bases of many of my acros have a greenish tint.
