What works for me is a shutter speed of 1/25 to 1/40, a F-stop of 5.6 and a ISO of 400, I usually photograph under heavy actinic LED lighting.

? If you brought that 5.6 down to 2.8 you could bring it up to 1/80 or higher and not have to worry about camera shake and why 400 iso? with so much light in the tank take that down to 125

^wow I am going to have to try that. I always end up with such dark pics because I can never figure out the settings. I always was told keep iso on auto.
