Got this delivered today (thanks Irv!) 30 Long with black pine stand. Wanted something with a little bit more volume and more of a horizontal footprint than my 24G Aquapod. Not drilled. Looking to make this into a mixed reef, fish and mostly LPS/soft corals.

Equipment:
- 30L + Stand
- Approx 30 lbs. LR, 20 lbs. LS (1" SB)
- BoostLED PAR 30 (one bulb for now, will probably need two for better coverage in the future)
- 2x Current Subcurrent in-tank filters (one on each side, running FF, carbon and Purigen)
- Soap dish fuge with chaeto
- Koralia 1 (MP10 in the future)

Livestock:
- 2 juvenile Ocellaris clowns
- Red leg hermits, nassarius snails and cerith snails for CUC
- Coral banded shrimp
- Future: Some kind of wrasse or dwarf angel

Got the old tank broken down and got everything all set up in the 30L.

It's currently running a K1 for flow, and a PAR 30/Panorama strip for lighting. Needs more flow (thinking 2 Koralia Evo 750s) and a second PAR 30 for more coverage.

Took off the Panorama and got a second PAR 30, same color.

New Livestock:
- Couple more LPS (Hammer/Frogspawn)
- Red Monti Cap
- Neon Green Mushrooms (blowing up BIG)
- Green Chromis
- Carpenter Flasher Wrasse

Ended up keeping the purple dottyback and three stripe damsel from my old tank. Girlfriend was attached and was quite helpful with the setup so I guess it's the least I can do LOL.

Thanks! Those are actually made by BoostLED as well. You get a bit of a break (I think about $10-15) if you buy the fixture/bulb as a package.

hemmm how many would you think I'd need for solid growth in a 75g mixed reef? 6? for $100 a pop including the neck fixture that seems like a great deal to me.

They're 60 degree optics. Depending on the type of corals you want to keep, you might even be able to get away with 4.

If you're keeping really light-demanding corals, you might want to look into other companies that have PAR 38s with 40 degree optics, for better light penetration.
