thanks bobby... i just dont no what to do with the sump... i see where jaa is correct but if i do it that way i would have to drop the 2nd piece of glass to 6" for the skimmer. or i can leave it and build a stand for it and keep the same height...

just looked at it jaa if i do that i will have to lower the baffles alot i really dont wanna do that...

The baffles can stay at those heights, you would just need to build a small platform to raise your skimmer up in the first section. Also if you combined the overflow and skimmer section you could have a larger fuge section. Just some food for thought. Also as your drawing stands now your skimmer would be in 6"s of water, I'm not sure what kind of skimmer you are running but most need 7-9"s of water. I know there are a few out there that use less water. But I would prefer a larger fuge and just combine the overflow and skimmer section.

T, why do you need a baffle between the overflow and the skimmer? Make that one chamber.
I would also put the triple 'bubble trap' directly after the skimmer and before the fuge. JMO but it would make it more difficult for the pods to go over/under/over the baffles.
