nice build b. just went through your whole build in one sitting. so when is the "grand opening" of tank viewing/hanging out in the man cave?

Soon, I have to do some finishing touches like the inlay by the tank and such, but once it is "complete" I'll have you guys over.

Just don't bring Anthony he isn't welcome :joke:

Some exciting updates to the Brando adventure. Since my ATI light doesn't seem to want to sell I am going to hang on to it and eventually when I start keeping more corals I plan on hanging it either behind or in front of my 2 AI sol blues :X.

Now for some updates:

1. Current stocking list as of today 2/2/13
Sustainable Aquatics Snow Onyx Clownfish
Sustainable Aquatics Snow Onyx Clownfish
Blue Hippo Tang
Melnarus Wrasse
Yellow-Flanked Fairy Wrasse
Orange-Back Fairy Wrasse
Carpenter's wrasse
Blasto coral

2. Added a fuge bulb - fathom led par 30 bulb w/ red led

3. Carbon + GFO on line as of 1/20/13

4. changed RO filters on 1/20/13

5. ordered CUC from reefcleaners, should be here end of week.

6. I have nice diatoms going on the rocks, hopefully the fuge + cuc can take care of that.

Now some photos for all you more visual folks.

These are photographs of the items in my tank as taken by Coral Theory. Since I bought them from them, these photographs actually capture the true beauty of the livestock! And well quite frankly I suck at taking pictures :).

Stocking list plan:

This is my livestock list for my tank of what I hope to have living in my tank once it matures more :).

Fish already in the tank:

1. Sustainable Aquatics Snow Onyx Clownfish
2. Sustainable Aquatics Snow Onyx Clownfish
3. Blue Hippo Tang (2.5")
4. Melnarus Wrasse
5. Yellow-Flanked Fairy Wrasse from Coral Theory
6. Orange-Back Fairy Wrasse from Coral Theory
7. Carpenter's wrasse from Coral Theory
8. Pink spot goby
9. Blood Shrimp
10. Cleaner Shrimp

Fish I would like to add in order:

8. 5 x Bicolor Anthias (add end of April)
9. Flame Angel (add end of May)
10. 2 x Purple Firefish (add end of June)
11. Midas Blenny or tailspot blenny (add end of June)
10. Green Mandarin (8/10 months down the line) (add end of Sept)

Fish I would add together out of QT, all purchased as small as possible:

11. Blonde Naso Tang (add end of October)
12. Powder Blue Tang (add end of October)
13. Kole Yellow Eye Tang or Yellow Tang (add end of October)

In addition if I decide not to go reef:

14. Emperor Angelfish juvi (add end of December)

Corals already in tank:

1. OPE Blasto coral from Coral Theory

I would really like to have a diverse amount of fish and would appreciate some recommendations for smaller fish as I am uncertain of what relatively small/peaceful fish I can include.

Thanks for looking!

Ant doesn't spend my money and I don't spend his. We took a ride to AF earlier because I wanted to try some of that new era marine grazer food and needed cyclopeeze frozen bar. The store looked meh we saw probably at least 10 dead fish.

But we will be going to coral theory once you're all setup :)

j, i'll help spending your money....i'm pretty good at that.

b, last week i also picked up a carpenter wrasse from ct. wish i would have gotten two instead of just one. btw, i have a pair of purple fire fish i would trade for some more carpenter wrasses from ct.(from your next trip there)
