I hate to ruin your day because the tank looks nice. But, I just spent some big bucks tearing apart my two tanks (75 gallon reef and 110 gallon FOWLR) that were plumbed together because the FOWLR will put way to much crap (nitrite, nitrate) into your reef system. You really are better off keeping them seperate.
Thank god it gave me an opportunity to upgrade the reef to a 150 gallon.

You may want to cover up all of that expnsive clear PVC. You will get algae growth in the pipes is you do not.
