If you pop it in the tank you will release a ton of baby bubble algae all over your tank. Take the frag out, try and get it off without breaking it..and then rinse the heck (seriously!!!) out of the frag before returning it to your tank.

Zuska,

1) take the frag out of the tank and put it in a little container with some tank water

2) take tweezers with sharp points or small sewing scissors to pull off the bubble algae. you need to get it from the absolute bottom of the bubble - don't just slice the tops or they will grow back

3) return it to your tank.

wow thanks cant get any easier then that but im still ganna screw up lol w.e. i will try my best. i really think i tank is looking good now:) comparing to what i had in the beggining... i done so many mistakes and never gave up on this hobby even when some people told me this hobby wasnt for me they told me to get a hamster or so... but i think now when i look at the tank and my fish swimming in there for so many live rock and sand and corals and all i feel really happy of my self:) and im in the hobby for like about 9 months. So just wanted to write what i think about my tank. actually that would be a sick thread to start on how and what people think about there tanks. when they started to this day. and if you had a choice to quit or start over what would you do... Becuase all we ever do here is talk about fish. lets talk about ur expriences with this wonderful hobby:)
