Hey guys,
I've been lurking on the forum for a while so I thought I would contribute with some of my pics...

Here's a little update on my tank. I've added a 3 head frag of green duncans in the middle and orange monti cap on the top right as a test piece along with green center clove polyps. All fish seem healthy and are eating a ton.

Thanks for the compliment guys...I would love to see some pics of yours too.

If anyone has any interest, I would post a full progress of my tank in pics since January. If not...they will stay in my archives ;)

thanks Ndy5392...

As for the flameback. He has been a model citizen. I noticed his algae grazing behavior annoys some zoas or other polyps sometimes, but he never damages anything just makes them close up for a few seconds. I'm assuming he's just looking for something to eat. Other than that, he isn't aggressive at all and hasn't proven to be a detriment to my reef. I guess I'm lucky...so far.

Hey guys, here's an update on my tank. Since the last time I posted, I experience a bad break out of macro algae that was a result from a zoa rock that I had purchased from a local store. I brought a sample of it to a few stores to see if anyone knew what the stuff was and if any of their fish would eat, without any success. I finally decided to add a juvenile foxface and upped the amount of hermits. I'm not sure which actually worked but the algae is now 99% gone. I will be removing the foxface from the tank this spring so if anyone is interested, please let me know.

Thanks Pratt. I wish I had better general photography and macro skills. The whole top part of the tank has a bunch of corals, including a couple of SPS that have shown growth. I was curious about the RSM's capability of keeping SPS and have been pleasantly surprised. Especially with the Orange Monti.

well first think is the size the female is always bigger. second is that females tend to host a coral while the male roams around the tank like a lost fish in the ocean.
