Looks good Julien, looks more and more like my tank!!

Did you figure out the Tunze Osmolator issue? It's hard to explain through email, if I get home and you're still having problems, I will try to stop by one day and help you out.
Thanks, I keep thinking the same thing.
I ended up sending back the ATO system to bulkreefsupply and they are going to send me a new one. I just sent it back today so i'll probably be a getting a replacement sometime next week.
BTW, when do you get home?

In a few days my tank is going to be looking a lot like yours did when it was set up Oriol. I just ordered 2x175w 20k metal halide bulbs. I decided to switch over to 20ks and get rid of the actinics after I realized that both the bulbs were blown and I didn't want to have to replace those bulbs and the metal halides because the halide bulb were getting old. So in like 2-3 days I'll have brand new bulbs.
I still haven't heard back from bulkreefsupply on the ATO. I hope it didn't get lost in the mail or anything.

I just got my new 20k bulbs today. They look AMAZING compared to my old ones. Everything seems so much more colorful and brighter. I'll try to get some pics up of the new bulbs.

I just got my new tunze osmolator in the mail today. It's working great.
But lately my tank hasn't been going the greatest. Reggie, my kole tang passed on yesterday and today my firefish went missing. Seems like your tank all over agian Oriol. I hope it doesn't turn out the same in the end.

All my parameters are fine. I found my firefish. I was about to feed my fish and there he was, swimming around in my tank without a scratch on him. I took some pics of the tank with the new bulbs. Also I just recently got a magnetic frag rack from Oceanswonders. So far it's working great.
Heres a shot with the 10k bulbs

I am really starting to get frustrated with this tank. Everything is started to go downhill. I hope this doesn't mean the end for it. Right now my cardinal has some kind of erosion around his eye, my clownfish has some wierd white specs (not ich), my firefish never comes out anymore except to eat and some of my corals are starting to close up. If anyone has any advice on how to help that would awesome.

Julien, it might be the rocks you put in it. Tank might not be fully ready, not sure if you added any corals and stuff, but keep checking your parameters. The last few pieces of rock might have not been ready to be put in the tank yet, or maybe you should just have added one by one instead of all of them at the same time.

I'm sure there's more knowledgeable around here that are gonna be able to give you more help

So far the last coral that I added was my frogspawn which was like 2 months ago. The rocks that I put in were curing for like 2 months and were starting to get some algae on it and I had a fully cured piece of rock that was covered in coraline in with it, so I don't think that it wasn't cured. Tommorow I'm going to do a big water change like a 33% and then another the next day and keep my lights off to prevent stress. I'm also going to get a cleaner shrimp to see if it helps any of my fish with anything. I'm also gonna set up a temperarl QT tank next to my main tank (not in the same system) and QT my clown. Hopefully this will help.

You have to pretty much figure out what might have caused the change.

Did you add any chemicals? Are you using a different salt? New sand?

Any addition can cause a problem, so remember what changes you made and that might help you figure out the problem.

I haven't added any chemicals, I've been using the same salt that I filled the tank with and I haven't added any sand in over a month.
Well this morning was a really sad morning for my tank. I came downstairs to find my clownfish sucked by my powerhead and my blennie on the ground very pale being eaten by some snails. So now i'm freaking out because my cardinal didn't look too good yesterday and I haven't seen him in the tank recently or my firefish. My sixline wrasse seems fine though he's still swimming around like he normally does.

even if you cured the rock and added it to your tank you will still get a cycle from it, personally if your having fish issue's i wouldnt add any fish for a month or so and let the tank settle down. a sixline is a very hardy fish and can survive alot

Ok I wasn't really planning on restocking the tank for little while until I get my tank stabalized. My lights just turned on and I found my cardinal he doesn't seem to bad just a little bit of erosion on his eye and it's starting to puff up. I'm going to try to catch him and put him in a QT.
In a sense I am kinda happy that my clownfish and blennie died because they were the most aggressive fish in my tank and I think my clown was nipping at my firefish.
Also, I was going to add a cleaner shrimp to see if that would help with the parasites, but now i'm not too sure if I should. Should I get the cleaner or should I just wait until I can figure out what's going on? My other fire shrimp seems fine he usually just hides underneath a rock all day like he normally would.

Ok heres some good news. I got a 10 gal QT setup and was able to get my cardinal out and in the tank. Catching him sure was a PITA but at least I got him in. I just have one question, is it safe to use two different medications at the same time? Right now i'm using Melafix in the QT but I also want to use another one to treat parasites.
