Finished the molding now I have to prime the molding.. Pics up when I get home friday night.. Couldn't decide on how I wanted it put up and took down 4 types of molding This was starting to get t0o expensive and that's just the canopy..

Thanks people.. I just picked up a bathroom exhaust fan from the depot for the canopy.. That should handle the heat and humidity in the hood from the 2 400 watters.. Only cost me $14 just in case anyone was wondering

i use one for the equipment room hooked up to a humidity controller with a variable set point....kinda loud when it comes on but it works great.
did you look into how much noise the fan produce?

I like Radium's but not sure how they look on an icecap ballast.

I might try the Radiums I've heard a lot about them..

radiums don't look good on ice caps Tobin, they will be more blue/white with that ballast......unless you like a more blue look. you might want to try ushio 20k.

FTS????lol.. Canopy test 1 and it went on perfect for me to have made some guesstamates on the pipes in the back,,,,Damn I good,,lol.. Now I got to pull it off and get the doors mounted or maybe I'll leave the canopy up and do a standing mount.. Lights are going up after this post.. These fans will be rusted out in 6 months,, Oh well they were only $14 and held in plce by 4 screws each....

Okay so the phates are back in the neighborhood I like 0.08 and dropping.. I'm also dosing Elos aminos to slow down the phosphate drop and still feeding mysis heavy.. Corals are doing well and I didn't crash the tank like I could have with the overdosing of vodka in the last week.. Pics up later on today..

Update: Phosphates @ 0.02 won't be dosing today..
