what filter should i get???

i need to get a wet-dry filter that is good for my 55 gallon fish tank that is not that expensive,i need one that would keep my tank nice and clean because my canister filter obviously is producing to much nitrate and my glass is turning brown so if someone can help me and sell me theirs or give me a website that sell filter for cheap please let me know thanks

your wet dry will eventually do what you say your canister filter is doing. i.e. become a factory for nitrate.
is this for a reef or a fish only?
if reef, i would go with live rock instead of the wetdry. if its a FOWLR then you may want to consider the live rock, but a wet dry would do.

yea def. dude dont go with a wet dry it will cause nitrates. ya dont want that. go with a sump with a skimmer and live rock and live sand. that and water changes once in a while is all u would need.
