Having spent the past 2 years diving in the Carribean I can assure you that it is NOT a myth. They love to chew up hard corals and get quite large. If that's a princess parrot you've got you can expect it to get about a foot long - assuming there's food available and a good environment.

How's the orange spot filefish doing? Looked a little thin in the last few pics.

The parrot shows no signs in even touchn any corals,and the filefish eats mysis but hes sooo slow compared to my other fish now that they eat the food before he gets a chance ,i dunno what to do ,move em to my 12x12 tank for a while?
