how sunrise and sunset effects are achieved

hi !
I am trying to build my own led lighting by using white and blue and Royal blue and OCW and green and red leds .
what ratio of these lights I should be varying to achieve the sunset and sunrise effects?
should I only increase decrease the whites or also the blues to achieve this effect ?
