Hmmm very interesting, thank you! Maybe today I can go to my fish store and ask what the little guy is. Also this has actually made me want to invest in a jellyfish aquarium! Now I just have to convince my parents to let me have a 3rd tank! :)

YES, it can be a jelly. There is a small species that has been known to pop up in tanks on occasion. I had one in my reef a long time ago and there is no mistaking it when you see them in person. From the video the locomotion looks correct, but I forget the species name off the top of my head I'll see if I can find it. Or it could just be the medusa stage of a Hydrozoa

They normally hitchhike in on liverock or corals and are smaller than a pea and all white to bluish.

I had this type of Jellyfish in the past....but it did not move around...and died shortly after (or at least disappeared)
