New Endcap for my VHO

Well I've been smelling some thing burning for the last 2 days and couldn't figure out what it was. I finally found out and it seems that my Endcap on my VHO caught fire and burned through. Seems the prongs on the bulb were bent, probably from me pushing back the fixture all the time, and caused a small fire. So I need a new pair. The spec's are as follows:

VHO 36" 95watt bulb
600w
600V
T-140

They look like the picture on the left.

Anyone have a pair please let me know.

Mike I'm not sure what the endcap is suppose to be so I just copied down what was on the ones that I have. If David say they're the same then that should be fine.

Mike those are different from what I need as mine look like the picture that I post. I checked Sean place but he didn't have them so I order them from Thatfishplace. I order them a little late to get shipped out today but if they ship them tomorrow I should have them by Wed.
