Not sure what my best bet for a return is, so advice would be appreciated. I'd prefer a submersible pump and would like to be able to eliminate as many powerheads in my display as possible. Not sure how many gph I need (keeping mostly LPS and zoas with some easy to keep SPS)

Thanks.

You probably want to look at the Eheim pumps:

Model 1250/2250 which goes for $70

or the QUuiet One Pumps

Quiet One 3000 which is about $50.

Since you're only going to have Zoo's, Softies and LPS and the tank isn't that large you probably don't need a lot of flow and can get away with a pump that isn't that strong. What you want to do is look at how high you're going to need to pump the water, from the sump to the tank, and then see how many GPH each pump does at that height.
