HOB for 5-10gallon tank

Looking for a HOB I can get possibly tomorrow. The one I have been using stopped on me, and the tank is only running on powerheads. Found out the return pump on the HOB started to heat up, and so i disconnected it from the tank just in case it frys everything in the tank.

Cant be picky right now, but need somethign quiet as its in the bedroom.

I have a aqueon hob filter it's rated up 2 40 gallons I had it on a 20 gallon frag tank tank if ur interested
